hi. it’s at dongdaemun market. well, it’s more of a wholesale retail place which i went by accident. do check out the shopping malls around that area, there are many local korean designer clothing shops (think the mall is called daitoo, and the mall opposite is not bad too. for cheap clothing).
personally, i’ll suggest that you go to Myeongdong or Namdeamun Market, there’s many roadside stalls selling these goods.
i actually quite like itaewon too but it’s more of a tourist area
